Cargo Dealer App

Every order was a phone call, re-typed by hand. Nine guided steps: car, series, then only the choices that apply, and the order lands production-ready. V1 is live with dealers in Kerala.
The problem
Every order was a phone call. A custom-fit cover has real variables: series, fabric, thread colour, panel pattern, handrests. Each one was dictated to a sales desk, re-typed by hand and impossible to verify before cutting began.
How it works
- Car make, model and year first. That locks the exact seat structure before any design is shown.
- Then a series, then only the choices that apply to it: pattern and thread.
- Essentials: airbag, handrest, pad. A photo per seat row, a remark or a voice note.
- Nine steps, and the order lands as a production-ready record.
What came out
V1 is live: dealers in Kerala order through it, order-taking dropped from a call and a re-type to minutes, every order carries its proof, and the warranty card comes with the order instead of being issued by hand from accounting. Shipping found the next problems: bulk orders and presets are v2.
